ABOUT US
An Ethical Dog Breeder
Hi! We are Bethany and John Kisling. We live on our farm, which has been in the family for 60 years, with all of our wonderful fur babies, which include our horses, Brahman cattle, peafowl, turkeys, chickens, guineas, African Sulcata Tortoises, parrots, and more. All of our dogs are indoor pets and they all live in our home and sleep in our bed if they choose to. Many sleep around the bed on the floor or on a pet bed. They truly are our furry kids and we adore them. Our puppies are very well socialized and are used to being around many kinds of animals. The puppies that we raise are handled daily from the time they make their arrival to when they meet their new families at 9 weeks and older. Their tails are docked to breed standard and their dew claws are removed at 3-5 days of age. Our miniature schnauzers have their ears done at 5-6 weeks of age, unless the pet parent chooses not to have them cropped. We start them on grooming, noise desensitization, ENS/ESI, and potty training at a young age to get them used to being groomed and potty trained quickly once in their new home. We play with them and love on them every day, so they are used to being handled. We work closely with our veterinarian and have genetic testing done on all of our fur kids to ensure our parent dogs are clear and will not pass any genetic disorders down to their puppies. They come to you with a certificate of health and a health guarantee. I am also a groomer and your pup will come to you with a fresh groom. We welcome your questions regarding our pets and our poodle and schnauzer pups, and would love to get to know you better. When you purchase one of our puppies, you become a member of the family. We are so blessed with this farm life surrounded by all of our wonderful fur babies, doing what we love every day! Please feel free to check us out on Facebook, Abundant Joy Poodles and Schnauzers, as well as our grooming page, Bethany’s Pampered Paws, to see what people have to say about us! We take our responsibilities very seriously and strive to ensure the health, safety, and well being of all our pets. That's why the happiest days for us are when one of our animals is adopted by a loving and welcoming family.
